    Position Summary:

This position will report to the Deputy Director, Human Resources and work out of our NY, DC, Chicago, LA, or SF office. 


    • Lead institutional-wide projects, such as the revision to the organizational employee handbook, in full capacity including planning, driving, and rolling out
    • Liaise with Project Leads, Stakeholders, Project Owners, and Teams to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives and to ensure projects stay on track, meet deadlines and raise red flags when necessary
    • Roll out institutional-wide projects and other initiatives, and assist with projects across other HR functions such as Compensation, Benefits and L&D, as needed
    • Manage activities, establish timelines and ensure project progress is on schedule and within budget
    • Conduct reporting related to HR projects and initiatives and maintain integrity and cost containment of projects during various phases.
    • Enhance visual documentation, including process flows, organizational and project plans in Visio and PowerPoint
    • Build consensus for strategic HR initiatives with stakeholders inside and outside of HR
    • Collaborate with HR leaders, hiring managers and leadership team on DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), initiatives such as institution-wide DEI trainings or pilot trainings
    • Help drive people-centric HR solutions in order to enhance the client experience
    • Perform any other relevant responsibilities as needed


    • BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
    • 3-5 years’ experience in human resources, preferably in similar role and some project management knowledge preferred
    • Possess advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio, SmartSheet or other similiar Project Management Software.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams, organize and coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities, follow organizational procedures, and performs quickly and accurately under deadlines
    • Strong business process management skills, reporting and presentation skills
    • Ability to conduct research, analyze material logically, and share ideas and recommendations clearly
    • Highly customer service and people-engagement oriented
