Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) is the nation's most effective environmental action organization. The role of the Deputy Director is to provide Organizational Effectiveness leadership, Design and Communication strategy, Transformation Change Management, leading our internal transformation strategy and facilitation of assessment to improve critical people structure that drive HR organizational success in people capacity, processes and systems effectiveness. The scope of work may include design, planning, executing, and finalizing HR transformational changes while maintaining high levels of excellence and client satisfaction; systems & people process reengineering, analysis and assessment, identify fit-gap analysis with actionable recommendations and framework for efficiency, capacity and change management.
This position reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer in our NY office.
